A Journey That Became a Mission

Joseph Akok Deng’s journey began in South Sudan, where conflict and hardship shaped his early life. Yet those experiences did not define the limits of his future—they revealed the purpose behind it.

After building a new life, Joseph never forgot the communities he left behind. He carried with him a calling to return hope, healing and the love of Jesus Christ to people facing the same struggles he once knew.

That calling became Life Care Mission.

Today, Joseph’s journey continues through every village reached, every family encouraged and every person reminded that they have not been forgotten. Life Care Mission is more than an organization. It is the fulfillment of a promise to give back, serve faithfully and help create a better future for communities across Africa.
